Last Updated: June 16, 2026

Welcome to UltraPod!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the UltraPod Team ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your download, installation, and use of the UltraPod companion application and the open-source 3D-printable physical case blueprints (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service, and uninstall the companion app immediately.

2. License & Usage Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run the UltraPod application on compatible iOS devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application;
  • Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Service;
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, violate copyrights, or carry out any activities that breach local laws.

3. Third-Party Services & Content

The UltraPod application interacts with third-party software and platforms (such as Apple Music, HealthKit, and iCloud). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy frameworks. We do not assume liability for the availability, accuracy, or safety of third-party platforms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or data persistence in the event of physical wear, system updates, or unexpected companion app issues.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your relationship with us shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction where we are located for litigation.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be effective immediately upon publication on this page and will replace the previous terms. Your continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
