Data Minimalism: We believe that the best way to secure your privacy is to avoid collecting data in the first place.
- Personal Registration Data: We do not require account registration to use our open-source blueprints or companion app. We do not collect your name, phone number, email address, or social media credentials.
- Application & Usage Data: When using UltraPod's Music, Fitness, or Books integrations, all playlists, run tracks, statistics, and reading progress are stored locally on your iPhone or inside your personal Apple iCloud storage. We never upload your usage details to our servers.
- Location & Health Permissions: To enable workout metrics like GPS running tracks and cadence, the application requests local access to Location Services and Apple HealthKit. This data is processed locally on your iOS device. We do not transmit or store it on any external servers.
2. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third-party companies, organizations, or individuals. Your data stays entirely in your custody.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard local encryption mechanisms to protect the data stored on your device and strictly adhere to all Apple iOS security guidelines.
